San Diego’s Mardi Gras parade is a large and almost overwhelming event. It seems to be much more of street party than a formal “parading event” for krewes and secret societies.

6:00PM to Midnight
Gaslamp Street Party
Featuring five stages of live music, special guest appearances, Electronica, Dubstep, and House DJs, this monster street party cover 16 blocks in the heart of San Diego's celebrated Gaslamp Quarter entertainment district.

9:00PM
Grand Parade
This year's Mardi Gras spectacular travels straight down Fifth Avenue.
